Hope and Healing Outreach Foundation (HHOF) is a 501(c)(3) community driven nonprofit dedicated to serving hearts, strengthening communities, and spreading hope. We exist to meet both immediate and long-term needs by providing essential resources such as food, clothing, and community support while also promoting emotional wellness, healing, and education. Rooted in compassion and service, HHOF partners with local organizations and volunteers to uplift individuals and families facing hardship, restore dignity, and create pathways toward stability and resilience.

Meet Our Founder

Devona Talley is the Founder and President of Hope and Healing Outreach Foundation (HHOF). She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for serving individuals and families through compassion, education, and meaningful community support. With years of experience in behavioral health, Devona has seen firsthand how unmet basic needs and emotional struggles often intersect. HHOF was founded to help bridge that gap.
Rooted in faith and guided by service, Devona believes healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered. HHOF was created to provide essential resources such as food, clothing, and community outreach while also promoting emotional wellness and hope. Her vision is to strengthen communities by meeting people where they are and reminding them that help, healing, and hope are always within reach.
Devona is deeply committed to service beyond the walls of therapy and is honored to lead HHOF in its mission to serve hearts, strengthen communities, and spread hope.
